Whichever construction your buyer’s tech pack specifies, we manufacture it in B, C, E or BC flute, with FSC-certified board, and full-colour print up to 4-colour flexo.

• RSC Master Carton (RSC)

  The most common master-carton spec on RMG export documents. Equal-flap construction, B/C/E flute.

• Half Slotted Carton (HSC)

  Open-top carton for tall garment bundles or as the bottom half of a telescoping system.

• Full Overlap (FOL) (FOL)

  Heavy-duty stacking strength for high-pile palletised garment shipments.

• Overlap Slotted (OSC) (OSC)

  Better top-panel rigidity than RSC, less material than FOL — the cost-aware middle ground.

• Full Telescoping (FTB)

  Two-piece tray + lid for premium retail-ready apparel and footwear-component packaging.

• Die-Cut Boxes (DCB)

  Custom shapes, locking tabs, retail-ready packaging for accessory and home-textile SKUs.

• One-Piece Folder (OPF)

  Wraparound construction for flat goods, small-batch mailers, sample packs.

• Corrugated Trays (TRAY)

  Open trays for assortment packs and shelf-ready secondary packaging.
