Size & board tools
Estimate board area, weight, grade and container fit before you quote.

Choosing the right flute & grade
- E flute (~1.5 mm) — fine, printable; retail and inner boxes.
- B flute (~3 mm) — puncture-resistant; printed shipping boxes.
- A flute (~5 mm) — the tallest profile; maximum cushioning and stacking strength for heavy loads.
- AB double-wall (~8 mm) — heavy, high-stack and long-transit shipments.
Bursting strength and ECT are matched to your contents weight, stack height and transit mode. Not sure? Use the board-grade selector or send your product weight. Our corrugated flute chart lists the thickness of every flute in mm.
Whatever you call them — corrugated boxes, corrugated carton boxes, corrugated packaging boxes or plain corrugated cardboard boxes — every unit starts as fluted kraft board glued between two liners inside our Chittagong EPZ plant. That single sheet becomes RSC master cartons, die-cut retail packaging, telescoping boxes and cardboard pallets, all cut and printed to your buyer's exact spec. Because a corrugated cardboard box is only as strong as its weakest wall, we match the flute profile, bursting strength and edge-crush test (ECT) to your load and freight route. A master carton box is the outer corrugated carton that holds several inner packs or folded garments for shipping. Most garment exporters use a regular slotted carton (RSC) as the master carton, and switch to a full-overlap (FOL) carton for heavy or high-stack loads. An export carton carries the buyer's shipping marks, barcodes and carton number on its side panels, and it must hold its strength through humid sea freight.
3-ply and 5-ply corrugated carton box
A 3-ply carton box is single-wall board: two liners and one fluted medium, in A, B or E flute. A 5-ply carton box is double-wall board: three liners and two fluted mediums, which we make as AB flute. Use 3-ply for light and medium garment loads and 5-ply for heavy contents, tall stacks and long transit.
What sets the price of a carton box in Bangladesh?
We do not publish a fixed price list, because each carton is quoted to its spec. These factors set the price of a corrugated carton box:
- Size: the blank area decides how much board each carton uses.
- Ply: 5-ply double-wall uses more paper than 3-ply single-wall.
- Paper grade and GSM: heavier or virgin kraft liners cost more than lighter or recycled grades.
- Print: the number of print colours and the print area.
- Quantity: larger runs spread the setup cost over more cartons.
- Construction: die-cut boxes need a cutting die; slotted cartons do not.
Send your carton size, ply, quantity and artwork and we return a price within 24 hours.
Corrugated box FAQs
What corrugated flute grades do you produce?
We run A, B and E single-wall flutes and AB double-wall. E suits retail and printed boxes, B is the workhorse for export master cartons, and A or AB double-wall carries heavy or high-stack shipments.
What is the difference between RSC and FOL cartons?
An RSC (Regular Slotted Container) has all flaps the same length meeting in the middle — the standard, economical export carton. An FOL (Full Overlap) has outer flaps that fully overlap for extra stacking strength and edge protection on heavy goods.
Can you print our buyer's artwork on the boxes?
Yes. We print buyer artwork, shipping marks and barcodes in-house by flexo and offset, and supply pre-production samples for buyer approval before the run.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on construction, board grade and print. Share your spec through the quote form and we'll confirm the MOQ and price within 24 hours.
What is a master carton box?
A master carton box is the outer corrugated carton that holds several inner packs or garments for shipping. It is usually a 3-ply or 5-ply RSC carton printed with the buyer's shipping marks and barcodes.
What is the price of a 3-ply or 5-ply carton box?
The price depends on carton size, ply, paper grade and GSM, print colours, quantity and whether a cutting die is needed. Send your spec and we quote within 24 hours.
What is the difference between a corrugated carton and a carton box?
In export packaging the terms mean the same thing: a box made from corrugated board. Some buyers also say cardboard box or cartoon box. The board grade and flute decide its strength, not the name.
