Our Products
REGULAR SLOTTED CARTOON (RSC)
This is the most common box style. Due to its highly efficient design for many packing and storage applications. All flaps are the same length, and the two outer flaps (normally the lengthwise flaps) are one-half the container’s width, so that they meet at the center of the box when closed.
HALF SLOTTED CARTON (HSC)
Similar to the Regular Slotted Container but without one set of flaps. HSCs can be printed in up to four colors. Oriented upright, this box has an open top and can be used that way or with a separate lid. Turned upside down, it can be used as a cover or a lid.
FULL OVERLAP SLOTTED CARTON (FOL)
This style is especially resistant to rough handling. All flaps are approximately the same length and width of the box. When closed, the outer flaps come within one inch of complete overlap. Stacked on its bottom panel, the overlapping flaps provide added cushioning and protection.
OVERLAP SLOTTED CONTAINER (OSC)
All flaps have the same length and the outer flaps overlap by one inch or more. The box is easily closed, either with tape, glue or with staples driven through the overlap area enhancing the top and bottom cushioning. The sealed overlap helps to keep the outer flaps from pulling apart.
TRAYS
These are available in brown & white corrugated cardboard. Cardboard sheets are folded, flap-scored, and slotted to form a tray to hold product securely or a lid to cover an open box. Corrugated trays are great for securely moving plants or carrying cans, bottles and other miscellaneous items
ONE-PIECE FOLDERS
One piece of corrugated cardboard is cut so that it provides a flat bottom, with flaps forming the sides and ends, and extensions of the side flaps meeting to form the top. Often called to as “book folders” or “iron cross mailers”, these packages are perfect for books, other printed matter, electronic components and other heavier items.
FULL-TELESCOPING STYLE
Two trays are designed so they are scored and slotted, and meant to fit inside each other. This is best for products that need corner protection or when depth of the packaging may be an issue. When package depth is an issue and/or the product being packaged needs corner protection, we create two scored and slotted trays to fit inside each other.
DIE-CUT BOXES
These customized containers are made on demand requiring angular, circular, or other unique cuts, slots, and scores. Some die-cut boxes may also feature perforated lines, ventilation holes, or access holes.
